The role that would stimulate excellence is a management or staff role working in the space between business and technology. Some of the responsibilities might include:

Operate as a subject matter expect supporting the sales effort by presenting, preparing responses to client requests, working to understand client requirements and developing solutions to meet said requirements.

Work with the sales, business, operations and technical people to identify market opportunities, define the requirements, research market potential and initiate projects to build and market.

As required focus on issues and problems with the goal of stimulating change, developing solutions and otherwise assuring the success of any failing project, department, product or initiative.

Assist in developing, vocalizing and maintaining the corporate vision and objectives.

Support the executive team as it manages stimulates and otherwise assures the success of the enterprise.

Mentor members of staff as they work to develop and/or implement solutions, products or organization change.

Operate as a project manager on special initiative or efforts that require executive focus and otherwise can employ and exploit my skills
